While tacos are our specialty, we also offer a variety of side dishes and additional items to ensure your event is a flavorful and memorable experience. Our extensive menu lets you focus on your guests, while we focus on keeping everyone satisfied and delighted. Explore our basic package below and customize it to your liking with the menu options provided.

THE BASIC PACKAGE

Every package begins with the basic option outlined below. You can customize this package by adding or substituting items from our menu. For the basic package, we typically allocate about half a pound of meat or vegetables per person. If you choose to include a third meat option or add a third meat à la carte, consider adjusting the portion to between one-quarter (0.25) and one-third (0.333) of a pound per person. Ultimately, it’s up to you to gauge the preferences and appetite of your guests.
  • Choose 2 OR 3 of the following: Carne Asada (marinated beef), Adobada “Al Pastor”, Carnitas (shredded pork), Pollo Asado (marinated chicken), Birria (braised pork) or Veggie (vegan) Soyrizo/Potato
  • Beans (vegan - whole beans)
  • Rice (can be made vegan upon request)
  • Fixings: guacamole (not a dip/side, strictly fixing for tacos), onion, cilantro & limes.
  • Two Salsas: La Clasica Salsa (Red hot garlic salsa), Salsa Verde (tomatillo fresh salsa)
  • Grilled Onion: Sautéed and seasoned white onion
  • 4’ mini tortillas for the tacos
  • Fresh made tortilla chips
  • Disposable plates, forks, & napkins included.

TACOS

OUR SPECIALTY IS TACOS WE’RE “THE KING OF ALL TACOS”

  • Carne Asada: Special Becerra family seasoning rub, meat is marinated overnight, and cooked over open flame mesquite. $12 per lb a la carte
  • Pollo Asado: Fresh herbs, chipotle and citrus marinade, also cooked over mesquite. $9 per lb a la carte
  • Al Pastor Or “Adobada”: Pork marinated in achiote paste, with an abundance of other spices, and pineapple for tenderness! Meat is cooked on the plancha “griddle”. $11 per lb a la carte
  • Lengua: Beef tongue slow cooked in herbs and spices, until tender. $12 per lb a la carte
  • BIRRIA: Shredded pork braised in dried chile and Mexican spices. $11 per lb a la carte
  • CABEZA (CACHETE): Beef cheeks slow cooked to perfection. $12 per lb a la carte
  • CHORIZO: Cooked over open flame in its natural casing! Great mixed with carne, pollo, or tripa! $9 per lb a la carte
  • CARNITAS: Pork slow simmered until tender over a very low heat. Once appropriate tenderness is achieved, we shred and crispin. $10 per lb a la carte
  • VEGGIE POTATO Make a request! SDTC's typical veggie taco is soy chorizo, potatoes, onion, and red bell pepper. Half (feeds 25): $50.00 Full (feeds 50): $100.00
  • GRILLED VEGGIE: Lightly cooked & seasoned green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion & zucchini. Half (feeds 25): $45.00 Full (feeds 50): $90.00

  • Habanero Tomate: Heat seekers salsa! Cooked with 3 kinds of chilies (habanero, Chili de arbol, serranos).
  • Salsa Verde: For those Team Green Salsa people.
  • La Clasica: Red Garlic Salsa: Our La Clasica Red Salsa Balanced with Garlic, Vinegar and two Different Chiles for a Spicy Heat.
  • Habanero Especial: This Salsa Embodies Everything That Salud Catering Is All About. We Grill All The Vegetables Over Mesquite Including Fresh Mango, For A Spicy Tangy Kick!
  • Avo-Salsa: Tomatillo avocado salsa, medium heat. *Great for chips and salsa!
  • Pico De Gallo: Diced tomato salsa. Best with our signature made tortilla chips. We also use this salsa on the fish and shrimp tacos. *Great for chips and salsa!
  • Molcajete Salsa: Fire roasted medium heat salsa with tomato, onion, blended chilies for a chunky texture, *great for chips and salsa!
  • Salsa Fresca: Fresh ingredients, blended tomato, onion, cilantro and chiles. *Perfect for chips and salsa.
