This is a great option for small gatherings and events. We are conveniently located 3 minutes south of downtown San Diego in the Historic Barrio Logan District.

  • Please submit the quick quote form online to order your taco bar pick up. Pick up orders need to be finalized no later than 5pm on Tuesdays for the week.
  • Food served in all aluminum catering tins. Fixings served in disposable containers.
  • 20 Person Minimum required.
  • Optional: Chafing Set up. Helps keep food items warm during event. $30 per set up: Includes one chafing stand, two sterno fuels, water pan with serving utensils.

DELIVERY

We deliver to your home, office or just about anywhere in San Diego. All delivery orders are bulked up and served in sturdy aluminum catering tins.
$ 15 Per Person*
  • 20 person minimum order. Drop off of food only – does not include servers.
  • We do not deliver individual orders. Delivery fee starts at $35 and may increase if location is outside of our 20 mile radius from zip code 92113.
  • 15% gratuity will automatically be included in the total.
  • Optional: Chafing Set up. Helps keep food items warm during event. $30 per set up: Includes one chafing stand, two sterno fuels, water pan with serving utensils.

FULL SERVICE CATERING

FULL SERVICE CATERING (BUFFET STYLE)

With our full service catering we provide chafing dishes, taco chef (or chefs), catering table and linens for our table. Our chefs will pre prep your order at our establishment beforehand so taste and quality will not be compromised.

  • 30 Person Minimum
  • Includes 1.5 hours of serving time + 1.5 hour of set up/prepping time
  • Traveling fees apply to locations outside of our 20 mile radius.
  • This option requires access to an outlet for our griddle to make tortillas.
  • Service/setup charge starts at 20% and may increase depending on venue. 15% gratuity will automatically be included in the total. *Price not inclusive of CA Sales tax.
  • Events of 200+ people, we recommend adding an additional set up for $350. (Includes 1-2 more chefs + additional serving station).

Traditional Taco Catering

TRADITIONAL STREET TACO CART (TAQUIZA)

This is the traditional way to have a Taquiza “Taco Bar”. We bring out custom made stainless steel taco cart. Two taco chefs, a catering table, linens, disposable plates, and disposable forks. Our Taco Chefs will prepare your order on site and grill over mesquite just like on the street corners of Mexico.

A LA PLANCHA TACO CART (TAQUIZA)

With this option meats are cooked over hot flat top griddle from taco cart, more like a taco shop.

  • Includes 1.5 hours of serving time + 1.5 hours of set up/prepping time.
  • Customer responsibility to let Salud Catering know if we will need to access an elevator.
